WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
A real life adventure game where you and your team ( family, friends or colleagues) must work together to solve a series of puzzles and clues within 60 minutes to complete your chosen mission and escape the room.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS PER PERSON?
The cost per person/player is R 220.00. You need a minimum of two people to play.
HOW BIG SHOULD MY TEAM BE?
Between 2 and 6 players.
WILL I BE LOCKED IN A ROOM WITH STRANGERS?
No. You need to make up your own team.
WHO CAN PLAY?
This is fun for everyone of all ages. However, if you are younger than 16 years, you must be accompanied by an adult.
IS THE ROOM REALLY LOCKED?
No. You can exit the room at any time. Should you exit the room before all the puzzles are completed you will forfeit your game.
ARE THE ROOMS SCARY AND WHAT SKILL DO I REQUIRE?
The rooms are not scary, the rooms will give the experience of excitement and mystery.
Neither intelligence nor muscles will help, the puzzles are solved by being observant and patient…release your inner detective.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR SCHEDULED SLOT
You will be required to arrive 15 minutes before your time starts. There are formalities that we need to discuss with you before you can enter the escape room.
WHAT IF I AM LATE?
Should your team arrive late but before 25 minutes has passed, you will still be allowed to play but will forfeit your time that has already lapsed. We work on scheduled times and cannot allow your team to continue into the next time slot.
If you arrive after 25 minutes has passed from your scheduled slot, you will not be allowed to play.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
Yes, booking is essential. We need to prepare the room for your team.
REFUND POLICY AND RESCHEDULING
If you are unable to attend you will receive your refund only if you cancelled 24 hours before your slot.
Should you want to reschedule, we require 24 hour notice.
DO YOU HOST CORPORATE EVENTS, PARTIES AND TEAM BUILDING?
Absolutely, this is a great activity for year-end functions, teambuilding or birthday parties.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
When making your booking online we require a minimum deposit of R440.00 to book your slot. You can however pay the full amount online as well. Should you only pay the deposit online, you can pay the remainder of your tickets (if applicable) upon your arrival before you can play in the escape room.
